OFFICIAL COMPETITION RULES 

For luxbagclub.com – Luxury Handbag Competitions 

Effective Date: July 15, 2025 

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. 

1. Sponsor 

This competition is sponsored and administered by Lux Bag Club LLC, located at 5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin TX, 787311, USA (“the Sponsor”). 

2. Eligibility 

• Open to legal residents of the U.S and Canada (excluding Quebec, unless otherwise stated), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 
• Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or household members of any of the above are not eligible. 
• The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify anyone who does not comply with these rules. 

3. How to Enter 

There are two ways to enter: 

1. Paid Entry: 

• Visit luxbagclub.com and purchase an entry to a live competition. 
• Each paid entry provides one chance to win, unless stated otherwise. 

1. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): 

• Mail a letter with your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the specific competition you wish to enter to:

Free entry must be received before the competition deadline. 

Each participant (paid or free) is limited to the maximum number of entries as specified on the competition page. 

4. Competition Period 

Each competition has a clearly posted start and end date, or will close when the specified number of entries has been sold. No entries will be accepted after the closing time. 

5. Prize 

• The prize is exactly as described on the individual competition page (typically a brand-new, authentic luxury handbag). Lux Bag Club LLC is not affiliated with any of the companies of the handbags that are used in the contests. 
• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise specified. 
• The approximate retail value (ARV) will be stated in the competition description. ● The winner must accept the prize as awarded. 

6. Winner Selection 

• A random draw will be conducted using a secure, independently verifiable process within 48 hours of the competition closing. 
• The potential winner will be contacted by email or phone within 2 business days. ● To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must: 

1. Correctly answer a skill-testing question (as required under Canadian and American laws). 

Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning 

• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

8. Prize Delivery 

• The prize will be shipped free of charge to the confirmed winner within Canada and the U.S. 
• Delivery outside of Canada and the U.S (if allowed) may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the winner. 

9. General Conditions 

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or these rules for any reason, including technical problems or fraud. 
• The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete. 
• The competition is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. 

10. Publicity 

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city/province, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

11. Privacy 

All personal information collected will be used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and solely for the administration of the competition. 

12. Limitation of Liability 

The Sponsor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of participation in the competition or use of the prize. 

13. Governing Law 

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of The U.S and the state of Texas.
