for Lux Bag Club LLC – Online Luxury Handbag Competitions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating in any competitions operated by [luxbagclub.com] (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By entering a competition or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1. Eligibility 

• Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 years or older. 
• Entrants must reside in countries where participation is not prohibited by law. ● You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws. 
• Employees, agents, and affiliates of Lux Bag Club LLC and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

2. Entry 

• To enter, users must purchase a paid entry or submit a free entry request as outlined in our Free Entry Policy. 
• Entry fees are clearly displayed on each competition listing. 
• By entering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 

3. Free Entry Policy 

• We are committed to fairness and provide a free method of entry via post. 
• Free entries must include your full name, email address, phone number, and the name of the competition. 
• One free entry per person per competition. Must be received before the competition closing date. 

4. Competition Rules

• Each competition has its own description, start date, end date, entry fee, and prize details. 
• All competitions are time-limited and will close on the stated end date or when all entries are sold, whichever comes first. 
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any competition due to unforeseen circumstances. 

5. Winner Selection 

• Winners are chosen through a secure, random, and independently verifiable draw system. 
• The draw is conducted either live or recorded and published for transparency. ● Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw. ● If the winner does not respond within 7 days, they may forfeit the prize. 

6. Prizes 

• The prize will be exactly as described on the competition listing: typically a new, authentic luxury handbag. 
• No cash alternatives are available unless explicitly stated. 
• We may require proof of ID and address before awarding the prize.

7. Shipping 

• Shipping is free within [Country/Region]. International winners may be responsible for customs duties or taxes.

8. Refunds and Cancellations
